Makishinko DWCHS

Makishinko Double Reduction Reducers are ideal for applications that require high reduction ratios over 60:1, and where installation space is limited. Double reduction reducers are available in 100:1 – 3600:1 reduction ratios.

The most common types of double reduction reducers are listed below.

• Type DW – Double Worm, Solid Input & Output Shafts
• Type DWC – Double Worm, Coupled C-Face Motor Mount
• Type DWCHS – Double Worm, C-Face Hollow Input Shaft (Quill Style)

Makishinko double reduction reducers are also available in a helical worm combo. This allows for a true right angle reducer versus the worm-worm combination like the picture below.
